We are looking for a Remote Receptionist with exceptional people skills, fluency in both English and Spanish, and a basic understanding of estate planning and bankruptcy. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for the legal office's clients, providing excellent customer service over the phone and ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
Responsibilities:
Answer and manage incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner.
Schedule appointments and manage attorney calendars remotely.
Assist with basic administrative tasks such as email management, data entry, and document organization.
Respond to client inquiries and provide information about estate planning and bankruptcy services.
Provide support to attorneys and paralegals as needed.
Requirements:
Fluency in both English and Spanish (spoken and written).
Excellent people skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Professional phone etiquette and strong communication skills.
Basic understanding of estate planning and bankruptcy concepts preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and ability to navigate remote communication tools.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a remote work environment.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is a plus.
